Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscription Terms When you select a subscription option, you authorize SHRED to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing. Your first order is charged at checkout at the price shown. Subsequent orders are charged at the recurring price shown at checkout, every 4 weeks, until cancelled.

Free gifts. Welcome gifts are included with your first subscription order only and are not included in renewals.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime before your next billing date through the Manage Subscription tab on our website. Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle; orders already processed cannot be cancelled.

Changes. You may change your flavor, delivery frequency, or shipping address at any time through your subscription portal.
